What are we talking about?
An e commerce site or online shop is different to a website in its basic form, it needs different software. But an online shop can be seamlessly integrated with your website. Your Grocery Online Shopping site is an e commerce store. Along with clothing sales online etc. You could have a website that is advertising who you are and what you do but doesn’t sell anything. If you want to start selling goods and services online, that requires something different to be added on or created, so that pictures of what you sell are turned into products, and customers can pay with debit and credit cards online.
