He has managed our system for a number of years now – he is extremely knowledgeable and professional and has all the answers to the questions we know nothing about! He’s always at the end of the phone for any issues – if he doesn’t know the answer he can sort it remotely, or failing that, pops over – there’s never been an issue he can’t fix 😊
